Under the Sea dinner to be held Wednesday at all dining halls

WVU’s dining halls will be featuring menus straight out of the ocean for a special Under The Sea dinner from 4:30-8 p.m. Wednesday, April 28.

Café Evansdale will feature items such as Boston Seafood Chowder and Lobster Salad, Oyster Mushroom Alfredo, Spicy Shrimp Diavolo, Crispy Cod Sandwich and more.

Pina Colada Shrimp, Lobster Mac and Cheese, Seared Bourbon Salmon, Maryland Fries with Old Bay and Malt Vinegar, Crispy Hushpuppies and other dishes will be served at Hatfields.

Summit Café will be serving up Jerked Mahi with Mango Salsa, Cajun Lobster and Cheesy Grits, Shrimp Scampi Stuffed Ravioli with Red Pepper Cream Sauce, BBQ Shrimp Pizza and more.
