Featuring a newly upgraded interior, there are now made-to-order options for everyone to enjoy across our many serving stations. Choices include a feature station, pasta, pizza, deli sandwich, grill stations, a fully stocked salad bar with fresh fruit and vegetables, our featured Mindful dishes, Simple Servings station and plenty of delicious desserts to choose from.
Adobo Cantina Station
Available for lunch and dinner Monday thought Friday, Adobo Cantina features traditional Mexican dishes cooked by Executive Chef Monica Gaarz under the guidance of award-winning chef, author and TV personality Aarón Sánchez. The station is located in the center grill area of Café Evansdale and the dishes are available at no extra cost.
Students can take advantage of the UCook station and prepare their own meals using a variety of fresh ingredients, under the guidance of professional culinarians. UCook is a hands-on experience intended to teach students about proper nutrition and meal preparation, while giving them the flexibility to create tasty meals.
Normal Hours of Operation:
Monday-Thursday: 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Friday: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturday-Sunday: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
