In partnership with the Student Government Association, WVU Dining Services is seeking students to serve on the newly established Student Dining Taskforce, a student advocacy group dedicated to ensuring that dining needs are heard and addressed.
The taskforce provides a direct line of communication between students and Dining Services and Sodexo, allowing members to share feedback, voice concerns and suggest improvements to campus dining.
Complete the Student Dining Taskforce application.
Eligibility and Commitment:
- 10 to 12 students will be selected.
- Applicants must have an active dining plan (any plan).
- Members will serve for the remainder of the semester, with the opportunity to continue into the 2025-2026 academic year if interested.
- Meetings will be held once per month, with the possibility of bi-weekly meetings if needed.
- Meeting times will be decided based on member availability.
Joining the Student Dining Taskforce is a unique opportunity to shape the future of campus dining at WVU. This collaboration with Dining Services and Sodexo ensures that your input reaches decision-makers who can implement real change. In addition to making a meaningful impact, taskforce members will receive free meals as a token of appreciation for their time and contributions.
Interested students must complete the application form by Monday, March 10. Selected students will be notified by Sunday, March 23.
