WVU Dining Services is excited to welcome award-winning chef, TV personality, author and philanthropist Aarón Sánchez to Café Evansdale during lunch on Tuesday, April 1.
Students and Adobo Cantina staff will have the unique opportunity to meet Sánchez, hear about his passion for food and enjoy a special menu he has curated for the occasion.
Adobo Cantina lunch offerings will include:
- Jalapeno Brisket
- Fajita Chicken
- Tomato Rice and Charro Beans
- Tres Leches Cake
A renowned figure in the culinary world, Sánchez has starred in multiple Food Network shows, including Chopped and Chopped Junior, and currently serves as a judge on the hit competition series MasterChef and MasterChef Junior. He is also the chef and owner of multiple restaurants, including WVU’s own Adobo Cantina located inside Café Evansdale.
