Coming soon: Panda Express and Market @ UPlace

As part of continuing efforts to enhance the customer experience for students, faculty, staff and campus visitors, WVU Dining Services will be adding two new dining locations to the Morgantown campus in the fall 2020 semester.

A new marketplace location — called the Market @ UPlace — will replace the empty storefront formerly occupied by Sheetz near University Place. The marketplace will feature a full-service Starbucks, grab-and-go options and an extensive grocery section carrying everything from produce and meats to paper towels and frozen foods. The Market @ UPlace will be open at the beginning of the fall semester.

Additionally, WVU Dining Services will be adding Panda Express as another dining option at the Mountainlair Food Court, replacing the current Burgershop location. Panda Express will offer a selection of American-Chinese cuisine featuring bold flavors and fresh ingredients. An opening date for Panda Express is expected to be announced during the fall semester.

As these new locations open, WVU Dining Services will be ensuring they are compliant with physical distancing and other safety measures to reduce the potential spread of COVID-19. Visit the Return to Campus website for additional details.
