Celebrate Earth Day on April 17 with planet-friendly meals in the dining halls

All three WVU dining halls will be celebrating Earth Day by offering plant-forward, planet-friendly foods on Monday, April 17.

The menu, which will be served during breakfast, lunch and dinner, will include meatless options like honey glazed roasted tofu, incogmeato BBQ tenders, veggie wraps, gardenburgers, and more. View the full menu below.

Sustainability is important to WVU Dining Services. Many plant-based foods, which are better for the environment, are offered on a regular basis in the dining halls.
