WVU Dining Services is excited to announce several new features available at Café Evansdale, Hatfields and Summit Café this semester. Grab your friends or colleagues, head to your favorite dining hall and enjoy these new offerings.
Happy Hour: Monday through Friday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., each dining hall will feature a Pasta Toss and Made to Order grill station in addition to the regular food stations.
That’s a Wrap: Celebrate the end of the week with specialty wraps every Friday during lunch and dinner. Our culinary team will offer an ever-changing lineup of wraps.
Pasta-bilities: Indulge in our new lineup of baked pasta dishes every Sunday. These dishes, baked to perfection, are sure to delight your taste buds.
Mountaineer Harvest: This fall, enjoy fresh flavors from our student-run hydroponic herb gardens at each dining hall, bringing a garden-to-table experience to your meals.
Chef Demos: Our chefs, sous chefs and culinary staff will conduct live cooking demonstrations throughout the semester, sharing their culinary expertise with the campus community.
Dining Hall Hacks: Get insider tips to craft your own delicious meals at the dining halls. Dining Services interns will create tutorials on building better burgers, salads, sandwiches and more.
Monthly Mindful Events: Dining Services dietitian, Leighann Scott, will promote mindful eating with special events each month. Stay tuned for more details.
