Dining Services will offer a variety of vegetarian dishes at the Mindful station at each dining hall during dinner (4:30 to 7 p.m.) to wrap up the end of Sustainability Week on Friday, Oct. 28. View the menu to see the offerings for each dining hall.
Additionally, a special autumn-themed dinner will be held on Halloween (Monday, Oct. 31) at Café Evansdale, Hatfields and Summit Café from 4:30 to 8 p.m. The menu will include items like pumpkin ravioli, cider braised pork, autumn harvest pizza and more. View the full menu.
Dining halls will be closed between 2 and 4:30 p.m. in preparation for the Halloween dinner. During that time, diners on the Evansdale campus can grab something to eat at locations such as Park Place or Evansdale Crossing. Those students who are on the Downtown campus can find open dining options at the Mountainlair food court.
