Salad

Wurstsalat (German Potato Salad)
A traditional potato side dish originating in Southern Germany and dressed with a Dijon vinegar dressing.

Gurkensalat
Thinly sliced crispy cucumbers and red onions in a tart and creamy dill dressing and horseradish to finish.

Soup

Bavarian Beef Goulash
This classic German stew is made with lean, trimmed beef stew meat and cabbage.

Pizza / Pasta

Zwiebelkuchen (Onion, Bacon and Egg Pie)
A savory German one-crust onion cake made of steamed onions, diced bacon, cream, eggs and caraway seeds.

Grill

Bavarian Pretzels with Mustard & Dunkel Cheese Dip
The pretzel is a permanent part of the Bavarian bread-based snack culture served with a hot cheese dip.

Beer Bratwurst on Pretzel Bun
A type of German sausage seasoned with herbs and grilled to a crisp snap served on a traditional pretzel bun.

Dinner

Rotkohl & Speckbohnen (German Cabbage and Beans)
A classic German cabbage side dish found in virtually every restaurant and home throughout Germany served with warm, savory beans.

Bratkartofflen (Crispy Red Seasoned Potatoes)
German-style fried potatoes thin sliced then finished in a pan.

Wiesnhendl (Roast Chicken)
A traditional Oktoberfest treat- chicken doused with herbs and spiced and roasted to perfection.

Schnitzel (Crispy Pork Cutlets)
A traditional German dish thin pork cutlet that are breaded and fried.

Kasespatzle (cheese noodles)
Spätzle pasta with a creamy mixture of melted cheese - a German take on macaroni and cheese.

Reberdatschi (Potato Pancakes)
German potato pancakes pan-fried until golden and crispy.

German Chocolate Cupcake
A layered chocolate cake filled and topped with a coconut-pecan frosting.

Apple Strudel
Tart, crisp apples served in a pastry filling and seasoned with sugar and cinnamon.
