WVU Dining Services is enhancing campus dining halls based on valuable input gathered from a recent survey and additional student feedback shared with the campus dietitian. Responses highlighted a desire for expanded plant-based options and international dishes.
In response, the culinary team has introduced several updates:
- Expanded fruit selections throughout dining halls
- A wider variety of menu options, including fish dishes
- Simple Servings stations now offering two protein options
- International cuisine upgrades, including a rotating global menu at the Mongolian Grill station in Hatfields
- Upgraded food station layout/presentation in Hatfields
WVU Dining is committed to continuous improvement. Students, faculty and staff are encouraged to share additional suggestions through the Happy or Not kiosks located inside each dining hall or by using MyDtxt.
