WVU Dining Services reminds students of locations, hours and resources

As West Virginia University prepares to welcome students back to campus, WVU Dining Services reminds the campus community of key dining resources, including location information, hours of operation, dietitian services and more.

Dining Services offers more than 20 locations on campus to meet you where you work, play and live. Check out the available locations in each category to learn about food offerings, accepted forms of payment and normal hours of operation:

You also can view regular hours of operation at go.wvu.edu/dining-hours.

Students with a Go 10, Go 13 or Go Anytime plan can use up to two of their existing meal swipes per week (worth $9.30 each) to purchase any item or combo meal at many retail locations on campus. Visit go.wvu.edu/meal-swipe-combos for details.

If you have allergies or special dietary needs, contact new Campus Dietitian Leighann Scott. She can also assist with medical nutrition therapy, intuitive eating counseling, activity and sport-related counseling and more.

If you would like to view dining hall menus and nutritional information before visiting a location, download the Everyday app.

To get instant feedback from dining hall managers, text the dining hall-specific keyword to 82257 and someone from the dining hall team will be able to communicate back in real time. The keywords are:

  • HFDINING for Hatfield's
  • EDALEDINING for Cafe Evansdale
  • SUMDINING for Summit Café

You also can contact Dining Services to get a timely response.

Dining Services looks forward to meeting students during Welcome Week activities, including the cookouts taking place at the Mountainlair Green and Rec Center fields on Saturday, Aug. 12 from 6 to 9 p.m.
