WVU’s three dining halls will be serving up a special meal on Valentine’s Day, Monday, Feb. 14 from 4:30 to 8 p.m.
To prepare for this dinner, all dining halls will be closed from 2-4:30 p.m.
The menu at Café Evansdale, Hatfields and Summit Café will include a roasted filet carving station, seared salmon, maple roasted chicken breast, pork scallopini, lobster mac and cheese, and plenty of desserts. View the full menu below.
