All three dining halls at West Virginia University will be celebrating the season with spring dinners on Sunday, April 4.
Café Evansdale will feature honey ham with peach maple gastrique and rosemary beef roast along with sweet corn and cheddar pudding, charred lemon asparagus, sage whipped potatoes with country brown gravy and more.
Summit Café will feature carved brown sugar glazed ham along with baked macaroni and cheese, scalloped potatoes au gratin, fresh garlic roasted green beans and more.
A pineapple glazed ham will be the feature at Hatfields, served with roasted Brussel sprouts, glazed tri-color carrots, mushroom garlic rice pilaf, deviled and more.
