Try it Tuesdays at Café Evansdale feature unique dishes

WVU Dining Services is encouraging students to try something new during special Try It Tuesday events at Café Evansdale.

Every Tuesday, Chef Nate Meadows will feature a reinvented dish or ingredient. This Tuesday, Feb. 23, Chef Nate is featuring a tasty twist on a classic Italian dish with a Crispy Eggplant Parmesan Hoagie.
