Try special “Homish” menu items at the dining halls during the month of April

WVU Dining Services’ Homish program focuses on celebrating comforting meals that evoke a sense of home, wherever you may be. As part of the application process for joining the Student Dining Committee, students were asked to submit their favorite recipes.

This month, three special menu items will be featured at the dining halls during dinner on these dates:

  • April 15 at Café Evansdale – Rahat Arefy’s Flan
  • April 19 at Hatfields – McKenzie Davis’ Maqluba
  • April 22 at Summit Café – Ashley Hansen’s Lumpia

The dishes will be prepared by Dining Services chefs using the student recipes.
