Students can look forward to trying special menu items April 15-16 at the dining halls.
On Monday, April 15, Dining Services will celebrate Earth Week by offering plant-forward, planet-friendly foods during lunch. The menu will feature plant-based dishes like jackfruit jambalaya, grilled vegetable pizza, garden burgers and much more.
The following day, Tuesday, April 16, the dining halls will transform into an ocean-inspired culinary experience for the Under the Sea dinner from 4:30 to 8 p.m. This special dinner will feature a range of seafood dishes, including crab cakes, low-country boil, lobster bisque and more.
Please note that the dining halls will be closed between 2 and 4:30 p.m. to prepare for the special dinner. During that time, diners on the Evansdale campus can grab something to eat at locations such as Park Place or Evansdale Crossing. Those students who are on the Downtown campus can find open dining options at the Mountainlair food court.
