WVU Dining Services invites students and guests to attend three uniquely themed dinners this week (Jan. 23-25) from 4:30 to 8 p.m.
- Tuesday, Jan. 23 – Celebrate the Lunar New Year at Summit Café and enjoy some Asian-inspired fare.
- Wednesday, Jan. 24 – Stop by Café Evansdale and try dishes that have gone viral on social media, including the Flaming Hot Cheeto chicken sandwich, baked feta pasta and more.
- Thursday, Jan. 25 – Warm up with soups of the world at Hatfields. Italian wedding soup is on the menu, prepared with a recipe submitted by Arthur Eason, a member of the Student Dining Committee.
The dining halls will be closed between 2 and 4:30 p.m. in preparation for the special dinners. During that time, diners on the Evansdale campus can grab something to eat at locations such as Park Place or Evansdale Crossing. Those students who are on the Downtown campus can find open dining options at the Mountainlair food court.
