Dining halls to serve Valentine's Day and Mardi Gras dinners Feb. 14

WVU Dining Services invites students to a special Valentine's Day and Mardis Gras dinner from 4:30-8 p.m. on Tuesday, February 14 at all dining halls.

  • Red Beans and Rice
  • Okra with Stewed Tomatoes

Homestyle Station

  • Chicken and Andouille Sausage Jambalaya

  • Creole Grilled Flank Steak
  • Three Cheese Gratin Potatoes

Simple Servings Station

  • Blackened Salmon
  • Cajun Seasoned Roasted Vegetables
  • Roasted New Orleans Red Potatoes

Soup Station
