Several new dining establishments on campus have been opening throughout this semester, providing students and guests with more options of what and where to eat.

WVU Dining Services has opened some brand new locations and also reopened some former favorites.

Both new Grab ‘n Go locations opened this semester, allowing students to grab a quick snack or drink at convenient locations. Offerings include an assortment of handcrafted grab-and-go items, such as sandwiches, wraps, paninis, salads, fruit cups, yogurt parfaits, dessert cups, snack boxes and more. The location also offers gluten-free, vegan and kosher options as well as sushi and several convenience items.

The Evansdale Crossing Grab ‘n Go is in the former Taziki’s location and is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. The Mountainlair Grab ‘n Go is located in the former Blue Tomato location and is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday.

In February the I Love Juice Bar reopened in Evansdale Crossing after being relocated from its former fifth-floor location to its current spot on the first-floor food court where Waldo’s Chicken used to be. Juice Bar offers a variety of healthy juices, smoothies and bowls that are vegetarian, gluten-free and organic (whenever possible) using 100 percent whole fruits and vegetables. It is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Many were happy to see popular Mexican restaurant Tres Habaneros reopen in mid-February in the Mountainlair. Located next to Panda Express, Tres Habaneros offers guests burritos, rice bowls, tacos or salad bowls customized with anything they’d like. Tres Habaneros is open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

All the aforementioned locations accept Dining Plan Swipes (from Prime 20, Prime 48, Prime 75 and Prime 190 plans), Dining Dollars, Mountie Bounty, credit/debit cards, and cash.
