Dining halls to hold Mardi Gras dinner

Laissez les bon temps rouler and celebrate Mardi Gras with WVU Dining Services through a special dinner on Tuesday, March 1.

All three dining halls will feature a menu that includes chicken and andouille sausage jambalaya, creole chicken gumbo, blackened catfish, corn maque choux, hush puppies, king cupcakes and more. View the full menu below.

To prepare for this special event, the dining halls will close Tuesday at 2 p.m. and reopen at 4:30 p.m.
