Hatfields to highlight Japanese cuisine during CityScapes lunch

Hatfields will be offering items that have a Japanese theme, as the dining hall hosts a Tokyo-themed lunch for a CityScapes event Wednesday, April 14.

CityScapes events allow diners to experience the flavors of a particular city without having to travel. This menu inspired by Tokyo, Japan, will include items such as yakitori skewers, miso soup, tempura vegetables, sticky rice and more during the 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. lunch time.
