Summit Café will host a tailgate to celebrate the opening day of the Major League Baseball season Thursday night, April 1, for the 4:30-8 p.m. dinner.
Much more than peanuts and Cracker Jacks, the menu will include a hot dog bar, chicken and waffles, pretzel bites, lobster roll pizza, and more.
