Summit Café will be offering items that have a British theme, as the dining hall hosts a London-themed dinner for a CityScapes event Wednesday, March 3.
CityScapes events allow diners to experience the flavors of a particular city without having to travel. This menu inspired by London, England, will include items such as fish and chips, bangers and mash, lemon risotto with peas, chicken tikka masala and more during the 4:30 to 7 p.m. dinner time.
