Summit Café is a favorite of students living in Summit Hall, Honors Hall and on Grant Ave. Featuring a brick oven serving fresh pizzas and sandwiches, Summit Café also features a Simple Servings station, and a fully stocked salad bar. Summit Café is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch.

Normal Hours of Operation:
Monday-Thursday: 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Friday: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturday-Sunday: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
