WVU Dining Services understands that dining with food allergies, intolerances, or other restrictions can be a challenge. That’s why we are proud to offer Simple Servings at our Café Evansdale, Hatfields and Summit Café locations. Simple Servings by Sodexo, a nationally recognized program, provides allergen and gluten-safe dining experiences for students at 100+ colleges and universities across the U.S. The “simple” part comes from the minimally processed foods that are free from tree nuts, peanuts, shellfish, dairy, soy, egg, wheat and gluten-containing ingredients. The program is favored not only by students with allergies or sensitivities, but also by those who are looking for simpler, cleaner meal options. Simple Servings focuses on safety, but also inclusion and stations are open to all diners.*Failure to contact the campus dietitian relieves Dining Services of any responsibility or liability related to any allergy-related injury or illness incurred by the student while dining in our facilities. Simple Servings is the only guaranteed food station option that is free of cross-contamination.
