Whether it's the "Freshman 15" or the "ramen and hotdog diet," college is a time when students can genuinely struggle with building healthy dietary habits. WVU Dining Services offers many different resources to help students succeed in the classroom and the kitchen:

Healthy "U"

Our four part Healthy "U" program outlines a path any student can take to improve their health and wellness. The highlight of this program is the Healthy "U" menu found in all five of our all-you-care-to-eat Dining Centers.

Nutrition Counseling

Need expert help developing healthy habits to fit your lifestyle? Our on-staff dietitian Cami is happy to help! All WVU students can schedule a one-on-one appointment with Cami to help achieve any wellness goal.

Health & Wellness Resources
Sometimes it can be hard to sort out helpful information about health and wellness. We've created a list of vetted resources to help separate nutrition facts from urban legends so you'll get the best help available to achieve your goals.

Campus Dining with Allergies
If you have a dietary allergy, we're here to help! Our staff are trained and ready to help you enjoy your time at WVU with peace of mind. Be sure to read more and contact our dietitian so we can prepare for your arrival this fall!
