Off campus students may choose from any of the Resident or Non-Resident Dining Plans
The Upper Class EliteUnlimited daily entry to any Dining Services Dining Hall, up to 80 entries per semester. Also includes $100 Dining Dollars. $862.00
The Upper Class ExpressUnlimited daily entry to any Dining Services Dining Hall, up to 48 entries per semester. $452.00
MountaineerAccess to 20 meal-swipes of your choice per week, with a maximum of three swipes per day. Includes $50 Dining Dollars per semester. It’s perfect for those who are on campus all day and want to make efficient use of every minute. $2,313.00
Select FifteenAccess to 15 meal-swipes of your choice per week during the semester, with a maximum of three swipes per day. Includes $50 Dining Dollars. While the 15 meals may be spread over seven days, students who frequently travel home on weekends also find this program attractive and practical. $2,034.00
Gold PlanAny 220 meal-swipes per semester with no daily or weekly limit. Also includes $300 Dining Dollars per semester good at any WVU Dining Services location. Students have previously reported this plan to be well structured for student life. $2,392.00
Blue PlanAny 160 meal-swipes per semester with no daily or weekly limit in any of our five dining rooms. Also includes $300 Dining Dollars good at any WVU Dining Services location. A great plan for students who travel often and need a flexible plan to meet their lifestyle. $1,885.00
Gold and Blue Refill
If you use up all the entries on your Gold or Blue Plan before the end of the semester, you can purchase extensions of 20 meal-swipes at a discounted rate. $176.00
Gold and Blue Refills PLUS
If you use up all the entries on your Gold or Blue Plan before the end of the semester, you can purchase extensions of 20 meal-swipes and $25 Dining Dollars each at a discounted rate. $196.00
Your dining plan may also be used at select WVU Dining services locations (including Burger King, Chick-fil-A, Hatfields, Brew `n Gold Cafe, and Summit Grab n Go) and also at Taziki’s. See our “Dining Plans” page for limitations.
∗ Tazikis is NOT owned or operated by WVU Dining Services. However, in order to add more choices for our customers, we have entered into a limited contractual agreement with them to allow our customers two swipes each day.
Meal periods are established to help student plan when certain meals are served throughout the day. Brunch (where available) is served from opening until 3:30 p.m.,breakfast is served from opening until 10:30 a.m., lunch is served from 10:31 a.m. until 3:30 p.m., and dinner is served from 3:31 p.m. until close. With the Mountaineer and Select Fifteen Plans, each new week begins each Thursday morning. Unused meals do not carry over from week to week. Also note that no unused meals from any plan will carry over from semester to semester.
Dining Dollars may be used to enter a dining room more than one time per meal period, to treat friends and family, or to visit our other locations across campus for a change of pace. Because they are part of your dining plan, they expire at the end of the semester when your dining plan ends.
All Dining Plan Agreements and Change Requests, for students who have attained the age of eighteen, must be signed by the student and submitted either in person with ID, via e-mail, via FAX or via mailed hard copy.
All Non-Resident Dining Plan Agreements and Change Requests, for students who have NOT attained the age of eighteen, must be signed by the parent.
