The Upper Class Elite
Unlimited daily entry to any Dining Services Dining Hall, up to 80 entries per semester. Also includes $100 Dining Dollars. $835 per semester
The Upper Class Express
Unlimited daily entry to any Dining Services Dining Hall, up to 48 entries per semester. $438 per semesterMountaineer ( 20 meals / week )
Access to 20 meals of your choice per week, with a maximum of three meals per day. Includes $50 Dining Dollars per semester. It’s perfect for those who are on campus all day and want to make efficient use of every minute. $2,240 per semesterSelect Fifteen ( 15 meals / week )
Access to 15 meal of your choice per week during the semester, with a maximum of three meals per day. Includes $50 Dining Dollars. While the 15 meals may be spread over seven days, students who frequently travel home on weekends also find this program attractive and practical. $1,970 per semesterGold Plan
Any 220 meals per semester with no daily or weekly limit. Also includes $300 Dining Dollars per semester good at any WVU Dining Services location. Students have previously reported this plan to be well structured for student life. $2,317 per semesterBlue Plan:

If you use up all the entries on your Gold or Blue Plan before the end of the semester, you can purchase extensions of 20 entries at a discounted rate. $170 per Refill
Gold and Blue Refills PLUS
If you use up all the entries on your Gold or Blue Plan before the end of the semester, you can purchase extensions of 20 entries and $25 Dining Dollars each at a discounted rate. $190 per Refill PLUS Your dining plan may also be used at select WVU Dining services locations (including Burger King, Chick-fil-A, Hatfields, Brew `n Gold Cafe, and Summit Grab n Go) at Taziki’s and twice daily at Quiznos
∗Quiznos is NOT owned or operated by WVU Dining Services. However, in order to add more choices for our customers, we have entered into a limited contractual agreement with them to allow our customers two swipes each day.
Note: Meal periods are established for the Mountaineer Card system to differentiate between meals being used. Brunch (where available) is served from opening until 3:30 p.m.,breakfast is served from opening until 10:30 a.m., lunch is served from 10:31 a.m. until 3:30 p.m., and dinner is served from 3:31 p.m. until close. With the Mountaineer, Select Fifteen, and Select Ten plans, a new week begins each Thursday morning. Unused meals do not carry over from week to week. Also note that no unused meals from any plan will carry over from semester to semester.
Note: Bonus Bucks may be used to enter a dining room more than one time per meal period, to treat friends and family, or to visit our other locations across campus for a change of pace. Because they are part of your dining plan, they expire at the end of the semester when your dining plan ends.
Note: Due to FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) regulations we are no longer permitted to accept requests for contracts or changes to existing contracts over the telephone from either students or parents. Thank you for your understanding.
Note: All Dining Plan Agreements and Change Requests, for students who have attained the age of eighteen, must be signed by the student and submitted either in person with ID, via e-mail, via FAX or via mailed hard copy.
All Commuter Dining Plan Agreements and Change Requests, for students who have NOT attained the age of eighteen, must be signed by the parent.
